Florensa clogs sizing
Florensa clogs generally run one size smaller than your regular shoe size. Most customers therefore order one size larger than they are used to. If you normally wear size 38? Then order size 39.
This applies to almost all Florensa models, regardless of whether you choose a slip-on clog or a clog shoe. The internal size measurement per size can be found in the table below.
How do you determine the correct size?
The easiest way is to place your foot on a piece of paper and measure the length from your longest toe to your heel. Then compare this measurement with the inside measurements in the table below and choose the size where your foot has at least 1 centimeter of space.
Also consider the following:
Do you have a wide foot or a high instep? Then definitely choose a size larger.
Do you have a narrow foot or a low instep? Then your normal shoe size may sometimes suffice.
When does a clog fit well?
Wearing a clog is very different from wearing shoes. With shoes, you can loosen or tighten your shoe with your laces. With a clog, that is not possible. So when does a clog fit just right? A clog fits well if your foot stays within the footbed and you don't have to squeeze your toes.
Still in doubt? Always choose the larger size. A clog that is slightly too loose is more comfortable than a clog that is too tight, especially if you are on your feet all day.

The Florensa Flex Natural Pink distinguishes itself with a combination not often seen: a soft pink upper with a warm brown sole. While the classic Flex Pink stands out on a white sole, the brown sole gives this variant a rustic, earthy undertone that surprisingly enhances the pink color. This special medical clog was designed in the Netherlands in collaboration with Studio Sanita and produced in our own factory in Portugal, where more than 50 skilled professionals work daily on footwear for healthcare.
Florensa Flex for comfort
The Florensa Flex has a flexible, low-noise polyurethane outsole that absorbs and distributes impact with every step. The anatomically shaped footbed ensures a stable foot position and reduces strain on knees, hips, and back, so you remain comfortable standing and walking even during the longest and busiest shifts.
MDR-certified medical clog for healthcare
The upper is made of leather with a smooth PU coating that repels liquids and is easy to clean with a damp cloth or alcohol-based disinfectant. The anti-slip sole provides grip on both dry and wet floors. The Florensa Flex Natural Pink is MDR-certified as a Medical Device and complies with the EN ISO 20347:2022 standard for occupational footwear.

What size Florensa medical clogs should I get?
Florensa clogs run small. Most people will therefore buy a size larger than their usual shoe size. We provide fitting advice for each style on our website.
The right size clogs will stay on your feet easily without you having to squeeze your toes to keep them on. The best way to test this is by walking around indoors.
There's no set rule for how much room you should have at the back of the footbed. This can range from minimal to 1 cm. It's important that the clog fits comfortably and securely on your feet and doesn't slide around or stub your toes while walking. It's also important not to rest your heel on the edge of the footbed.
If you have a wide foot or a high instep, be sure to buy a size larger than your usual shoe size. If you have a narrow foot or a low instep, your usual shoe size might also fit. The smaller the clog, the slimmer the fit.
When determining the correct clog size, it's important to stand on the clogs. When you stand, your foot stretches and thus becomes longer.

Why do medical clogs have an open heel?
Many nurses come to work in normal shoes. At work and/or in the department, they put on their clogs or sneakers. This is mandatory in certain workplaces due to hygiene requirements. Florensa clogs are nice and quick to put on and take off in that case.
How do Florensa clogs help me prevent fatigue?
Florensa clogs have an anatomically shaped footbed. This supports the feet and ensures a correct and natural posture for feet, legs, and back. This prevents fatigue after a long day of walking and/or standing.
The PU sole of a Florensa clog also absorbs shocks and cushions the impact of each step. This cushioning prevents joint strain.
Florensa clogs are MDR certified as a medical device.
What is the best way to store my medical clogs?
Our advice is to let the clogs breathe out after a day of wearing. Absorbed foot moisture can then ventilate again. It is not recommended to store Florensa clogs in a locker for a long time or regularly. This causes mold to form.
