Collection: Insoles for normal feet

What are normal feet?

A normal foot has a neutral arch, making contact with the ground through the heel, the outer edge, and the forefoot when standing, with a clear curve on the inside. This is also called a neutral foot position or medium arch. A normal arch does not automatically mean that you will not experience discomfort. Prolonged standing, walking, or intensive use can also lead to fatigue, overuse, and pain even with a neutral foot.

When do you need insoles for normal feet?

People with a normal arch often think that insoles are not necessary. However, insoles can make a big difference even with a neutral foot position, especially when you:

•    Stand or walk for long periods daily, for example, during your work
•    Experience tired, painful, or burning feet at the end of the day
•    Feel insufficient cushioning in your current shoes
•    Have early signs of discomfort in your feet, knees, or lower back

Insoles for normal feet provide extra shock absorption, better pressure distribution, and more stability, without forcing or overcorrecting the foot position.

What complaints are associated with a normal arch?

Even with a neutral foot position, complaints can arise due to overuse or insufficient support, such as:
•    Tired or painful feet after prolonged standing or walking
•    Burning feet during or after work
•    Pain in the forefoot or heel
•    Complaints in knees, hips, or lower back due to prolonged strain

Which 4Allbrands insole suits normal feet?

For normal feet, the Medium variants of the 4Allbrands insoles have been developed. Each model offers a different degree of support, so you can choose based on your complaints and usage:
•    Classic Insole Medium: semi-orthopedic support for the neutral arch, ideal for daily comfort and prevention
•    Anatomical Insole Medium: slight correction and stabilization of the foot position, suitable for early complaints or the need for extra control
•    Stabilizer Insole Medium: extra firmness and stability for intensive use or prolonged standing, without heavy correction

Certified insoles for normal feet

All 4Allbrands insoles for normal feet are MDR-certified as Medical Devices and approved according to the PPE regulation. They are antistatic and ESD-conductive, making them safe to use in work and safety footwear. Through the 4Allbrands Library, you can check if the insole is suitable for your shoe model.
