Exchange or return

SHAPED4 hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If this is not the case, you may exchange or return your order within 30 calendar days of receipt.
The products may only be tried on; items with visible signs of wear or use cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pack the product in the original packaging and return it to us.

Exchange or refund

Once we receive your return, we will refund your payment within 5 business days.
If you would like a larger/smaller size or a different model, please order it yourself in our shop.

Product information

All items in our webshop are displayed and described as accurately as possible.
However, small deviations are possible. Our fit advice is based on averages and can vary per person.
In addition, all our products are handmade, which means that each item can have a unique fit.

Complaints

We stand by the quality of our products. You can expect your purchase to function as it should.
Unfortunately, a manufacturing error cannot always be ruled out. Complaints arising from use are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
