Which insole suits my foot type?
The insole you need depends on your arch type and the discomfort you're experiencing. 4Allbrands insoles are available in three variants: LOW for low arches or flat feet, MEDIUM for normal arches, and HIGH for high arches or cavus feet.
Not sure what type of arch you have? Use the 4Allbrands Footdisc; by standing on the disc for about 10 seconds, a thermal imprint of your feet will appear, allowing you to immediately see which type of insole best suits you.

Are the 4Allbrands insoles suitable for work and safety shoes?
Yes, and that is precisely what 4Allbrands insoles were developed for. They are MDR-certified as Medical Devices and approved according to the PPE regulation, ensuring that the certification of your work or safety shoe is maintained. This is an important distinction from regular insoles, which can invalidate the certification of your work shoes.

How long do 4Allbrands insoles last?
On average, 4Allbrands insoles last 6 to 12 months, depending on use and load. With intensive daily use in work shoes, they may wear out faster. Replace the insoles when the cushioning or support noticeably decreases; this is a sign that the insole is no longer performing its function optimally.
