What are anatomical insoles?

Anatomical insoles are insoles that are shaped to the natural anatomy of the foot. Unlike flat or normal insoles, an anatomical insole follows the contours of the foot, from heel to forefoot, for optimal fit and pressure distribution. This reduces strain on specific pressure points and actively supports the foot with every step.

What do anatomical insoles do?

The anatomical shape evenly distributes weight across the entire sole of the foot. This prevents certain areas such as the heel, ball of the foot, or arch from being overloaded. The result is less fatigue, less pain, and better posture during prolonged standing or walking.
Anatomical insoles are therefore not only a comfort solution but also a preventative measure against foot and body complaints arising from uneven pressure build-up.

Who are anatomical insoles suitable for?

Anatomical insoles are suitable for anyone who stands or walks for long periods daily and needs active support and correction of foot posture. They are available in three arch variants (Low, Medium, and High) so that the insole always matches your specific foot type:

• Anatomical Insole LOW: for flat feet and a low arch
• Anatomical Insole MEDIUM: for a normal or neutral arch
• Anatomical Insole HIGH: for high-arched feet and a high arch
