What are insoles?

Insoles are a commonly used term for the inserts you place in your shoes for extra comfort, support, or pain relief. Colloquially, "voetzolen," "inlegzolen," "zooltjes," and "schoenzooltjes" (all Dutch terms for insoles/shoe inserts) are used interchangeably; in most cases, they mean the same thing: a removable insert that you place in your shoe to better support your foot.

4Allbrands insoles are developed by Neskrid, a specialist in (semi-)orthopedic safety shoes and insoles. They are available in sizes 36 to 48 and suitable for almost any shoe type.

For which ailments do you use insoles?

Insoles are used for a variety of situations and complaints:

•    Relief from complaints such as plantar fasciitis, tired feet, or burning feet
•    Stability and correction for incorrect foot posture
