Our work clogs are black clogs with a leather upper, made in our own factory. What are work clogs?

Work clogs are sturdy clogs designed for daily work in a rugged environment. They combine the convenience of a clog, which you can step into and out of in one movement without laces, with the sturdiness and protection you need at work. Our work clogs have a leather upper, an orthopedic footbed, and an anti-slip sole, and are available with and without a protective toe cap. This way, there's a model for light work and a model for work where protection is required.

Clog shoes, shoe clogs, waterproof, or barefoot

Work clogs come in various designs. The clog shoes are the classic, recognizable models, while the shoe clogs have a slightly different construction. For working in wet conditions, the waterproof work clogs keep your feet dry, and for those who want room for their feet, there are barefoot clogs with their extra wide fit. This ensures there's a suitable model for every workplace.

Open heel or closed heel?

A model with an open heel allows you to slip them on and off in an instant, ideal if you are constantly moving in and out. A model with a closed heel encloses the foot and provides more grip and protection, which is pleasant for heavier work or on uneven terrain. The closed models also feature the Easy Step-In, a clever back design that allows you to step in smoothly despite the closed heel.

Safety classes explained: OB, SB, S3, and O3

Work clogs are classified according to standards EN ISO 20345 (safety footwear, with protective toe cap) and EN ISO 20347 (occupational footwear, without protective toe cap). Our work clogs feature the following classes:

• SB: the basic class for safety footwear, with a protective toe cap resistant to an impact of up to 200 joules.
• S3: the most complete class with a protective toe cap, supplemented with a penetration-resistant sole and water-resistant properties. Widely applicable for heavier work.
• OB: the basic class for occupational footwear, without a protective toe cap. Suitable for work where no safety toe cap is required.
• O3: certified occupational footwear without a protective toe cap, with a penetration-resistant sole and water-resistant properties. For work where no safety toe cap is required, but high demands are placed.

Why work clogs and not work shoes?

Compared to a regular work shoe, a work clog has a few practical advantages. You can slip them on and off in one movement without laces, which is handy if you're constantly moving between indoors and outdoors. The leather molds to your foot, enhancing comfort during long days. And because there's no fabric or laces involved, you can easily wipe the clog clean. Furthermore, with normal use, a leather work clog can last for years.
