Barefoot clogs

Not every foot fits comfortably in a regular clog. Those with wide feet or who simply want more space often find themselves cramped in a standard model. Barefoot clogs are the solution: they have an extra wide fit that gives the foot and toes plenty of room, for a natural and relaxed wearing experience that comes close to walking barefoot.

Our barefoot clogs are black clogs with a leather upper, made in our own factory. They combine the spacious, natural barefoot feel with the sturdiness and protection of a real work clog.

What is a barefoot clog?

A barefoot clog is made on an extra wide last, so that the foot is not squeezed but can maintain its natural shape. The toes are given room to spread, which for many people is more comfortable than a narrow model. The idea is derived from walking barefoot: as little restriction as possible, as much natural movement as possible. For those with wide feet or who suffer from a cramped clog, a barefoot model is often a godsend.

Space and comfort during long working days

Especially during long days on your feet, you will notice the difference of a spacious fit. Where a tight clog will pinch over time, a barefoot clog keeps the foot free all day long. Our barefoot clogs have an orthopedic footbed that supports the foot and a non-slip sole for grip on wet and slippery surfaces. This way, you combine the spaciousness of a barefoot model with the comfort and grip you need in the workplace, on the farm, in the workshop or in the yard.

Barefoot clogs with and without a safety toecap

Our barefoot clogs are available in various designs, certified according to the EN ISO 20347 or EN ISO 20345 standard. Some models are O3-certified: this is occupational footwear without a protective toecap, but with a penetration-resistant sole and water-repellent properties.

Other models are S3-certified and do have a protective toecap, for work where toe protection is required. The certification applicable to each model is indicated, so you know exactly what you are choosing.

Choosing the right barefoot clog

If you are unsure which model suits you, consider two things: do you need a protective toecap, and do you want a wooden or a flexible footbed? If you need protection, choose an S3 model; you can also find these among the safety clogs. If you are mainly looking for space and comfort without a safety toecap, then an O3 model is suitable.
